Reiki Treatment: Engage in a gentle and restorative Reiki session where Anete will channel healing energy to help balance your energy centers. During this time, you may experience sensations of warmth, relaxation, and peace as stress and tension are released. The session aims to promote overall wellbeing, emotional clarity, and a sense of tranquility.
After the Reiki session, we will transition into a heart-opening ceremony featuring either:
Raw Cacao Ceremony: Enjoy the rich, nourishing qualities of raw cacao, known for its ability to elevate mood and facilitate emotional release. As we prepare and sip the cacao, you’ll connect with its essence, experiencing its grounding and uplifting properties.
Or Tea Ceremony: Alternatively, partake in a calming tea ceremony where we will brew and enjoy a selection of soothing teas. This mindful practice encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of connection with the natural world.
Guided Meditation: We will engage in a short guided meditation, focusing on the heart space to enhance emotional awareness and grounding. This meditation will help deepen your experience, allowing you to fully embrace the healing journey.

Breathwork: Engage in intentional breathwork exercises that promote relaxation, presence, and emotional release. Breathwork is a powerful tool for enhancing energy flow and calming the nervous system, setting the stage for deeper healing.
Reiki Treatment: The session culminates with an Reiki treatment, where I will use hands-on or hands-off techniques to channel healing energy into your body.

How to enter?
The therapy room is located on the 2nd floor, number 97. If the entrance to the building is open, you can come up directly. If the reception is closed, please call me or ring the doorbell at number 97 (next to the mailbox), and I will open the door for you.
Important!
→ Please arrive no earlier or later than 5–10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive too early, I won’t be able to come down to open the door.
→ Please be on time — late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment.
→ I understand that unexpected things can happen. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. However, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies: cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
