2.5-hour hands-on workshop with Anete
Would you love to give the gift of healing touch to your loved ones? This workshop is designed for anyone who wishes to deepen their connection through massage—whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your skills. Join me for a beautiful introduction to Champi, a time-honoured Ayurvedic head massage that nurtures both body and spirit.
What is Champi?
Champi is an ancient Indian head massage tradition rooted in Ayurvedic healing, dating back over 2,000 years. Originally passed down through families and performed as part of daily self-care rituals, Champi became especially cherished for its ability to enhance hair vitality and relieve tension. Today, it’s celebrated for its holistic approach—balancing energy, calming the nervous system, and deeply relaxing the upper body.
